He shows his blunt talking on Kitchen Nightmares, reality progarms and the program's concept fits well with cultural sentiment.

In Korea, we have Jong-won Baek and he is also famous for his easy recipies, many kinds of restraurants, and  wealth.



He helps mothers in Korea with easy and various recipies.

It is the main reason why he is famous.







And the major korean network , SBS benchmarks Kitchen Nightmares and starts the program, Backstreet with the main character Jong-won, Baek.








Of course, the format of the program gets popularity from Korean.

(BUT, main difference with Gordon and Baek is blunt talking.
I think Baek does not say harsh words like Gordon.



Because it can not be accepted for Korean culture.

Anyway, with the populity of the program and Baek, he becomes a commercial model of Jin-bibim myeon(진비빔면).

Ingredients:

Cooking time: about 4min

-1 Jinbibim-myeon(1 portion), water

-Option: Cooking oil, Sesame oil

-Utensil: Pot 1 or frying pan 1, Chopstick 1

WOW VERY SIMPLE!!!!!!










1. Boil water.







Actually, we will drain the water after boiling noodles.
So, it doesn't matter how much water you need to boil.




Just boil the amount enough to leave noodles under water, with high fire.












2. Put noodles in water.


OH YEAH~~


It boils with the sound bubbling.





Stir noodles with chopsticks sofjtly.





3. Leave only noodles in pot



When the noodles will be not like stones and be little more al dente, drain the water leaving a little.




I like gooey style, so I drained almost water.



BUT,


It is the just your style.

4. Stir fry with sauces.






Put cooking oil enough in the frying pan with low fire.

(That 3 things are side-dishes, fried glass noodles wrapped in seaweed, Kim Mal-i 김말이.)





  Put boiled noodles in frying pan and this red thing(sauce).


*If you don't like spicy food, put sauce little and adjust the amount of sauce after eating.




STIR FRY!


It can be burned, so plz stir it very low fire.








And season with 2 turns of sesame oill.


Sesame oil makes it more roasted and great.




Finally,


Put this topping on it.


It has some sesames and seaweeds.







I turn fire very high for 6 seconds(the last moment).



Just for flavor.
