In 2019, the Korean movie 'Parasite' was released and gained popualrity.

 

Also, one thing is famous thanks to the movie. The answer is 'Chapaguri'.

 

'Chapaguri' is the cook, combination of Korean Ramen, Chapagetti and Neoguri.

 

The unique point is that we mix two different Ramen soup with appropriate proportion.

Also, the taste is little different.

-For Neoguri, it has more spicy taste than original Chapagetti.

-So, it's sweet, spicy, and little salty.(Off course, yammy salty taste:)).

 

In korea, it was already famous about 8 years ago, because of the entertainment show, 'Dad, where are you going?(아빠! 어디가?).

 

I also, sometimes, make 'Chapaguri'., and if I don't have a 'Neoguri', I mix another spicy Ramen. It is possible.

But, the most important ingredient is 'Chapagetti' and it cannot be replaced with other Ramen.

 

So, Just remember. You need 'Chapagetti' and 'Neoguri(=spicy Ramen)'.

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

Cooking time: about 5min

-1 Chapagetti, 1 Neoguri(1.5~2 Portion), water

-Option: 1 egg fry, Olive Oil

-Utensil: 1 Pot, chopsticks

I gonna use 'Chapagetti' and 'Teumsae Ramen', which is the replacemnt of 'Neoguri'.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Boil Water.

 

 

 

We will drain the water after boing noodles, so it's not important how much water you need to boil.

 

But one different thing with other Korean Ramen recipes, we will put 2 noodles.

 

The amount that 2 noodles can be enough to be boiled is important.

 

 

Boil water with high fire.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Put 2 noodles in the pot.

(If you want, also put flakes this time.)

 

 

 

 

 

I failed the amount of the water, so it is not enough to boil 2 myeon...

 

 

I think the flakes of 'Chapagetti' is not so good taste... Even, it worsen the tate of the cook.

So, I decide not to put both two flakes.

 

Anyway, it is just the personal taste.:))

 

 

 

 

About 30 seconds, the noodles' hardness will be not like stones and be little more al dente.

I Ilike this, but accordint to your preference, you can boil more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Leave only noodles and flake in pot.

 

 

 

Drain the water leaving a little.

 

I love gooey style and drain almost water.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Stir fry with sauces.

 

 

 

Keep fire very low.

 

 

 

 

 

First key sauce is Chapagetti(Black-been-noodle sauce).

-sweet

-little salty

 

 

Put all 1 sauce and stir.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Second sauce is spicy ramen sauce.

(I use Teunsae Ramen this day.)

 

 

 

Important!★

 

Not put all sauce like Chapagetti.

 

Then, it will be really salty.

 

 

Just, put 1/3 of this sauce.

 

 

 

I wanna give you tips.

 

-If you don't have Neoguri and use other Ramen like me, consider its degree of spicy.

Actually, the 'Teumsae Ramen' is really hot.

 

I little regret putting 1/2 sauce, not 1/3.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And, put this olive oil of Chapagetti and more olive oil in home.

 

 

 

Oops...Focused-out.

 

 

-savory taste

 

 

 

 

 

Shake it many times for mixing the sauce and noodles well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Final thing is that I really like an egg in Chapagetti or Chapaguri.
