When I was in USA, my best firends and roommate were Japanese. In foreign land, we relied on each other and usually made our countries' unique food.
One interesting point is that they already know Korean ramen and especally, love one of it, 'Shin-ramen'.
I promised her, I will come back before the dinner and eat Shin-ramen together. But, I couldn't keep the promise because the event finished behind the schedule.
Anyway, we often eat cup-ramen together and I introduce other brands of it, besides Shin-ramen. For this experience, I know that many foreigners interest in Korean instant noodles and its' recipes.
It's the reason why I post korean simple recipes.
Today, I wanna dedicate the recipe of Chapagetti to NOZOMI.
★It's one of my favorite Korean ramens.★
P.S. I really miss you, のん-.
Ingredients:
Cooking time: about 5 min
-1 Chapagetti(1 portion), water
-Option: chili powder 1/2T, 1 egg
-Utensil: 1 pot, 1 chopstick
Actually. this course is similar with Jin-bibim myeon.
THE RECIPE👇🏻

1. Boil water.
We will drain the water after boiling noodles, so it's not important how much water you need to boil. Just we need the amount that noodles can be enough to be boiled.
Boil water with high fire.
2. Put noodles and flake in the pot.
Hmm.. I don't like this flake. Cuz, first is the flavor of Chapagetti's flake and it's hard to filter flake with the water. If you're ok these points, put a flake with noodles together now.
About 30 seconds, the noodles' hardness will be not like stones and be little more al dente. I like this taste, but according to your preference, you can boil more.
3. Leave only noodles and flake in pot.
Drain the water leaving a little.
I love gooey style, so I drained almost water.
Also, it's according to your preference.
4. Stir fry with sauces.
Keep fire very low.
First, this is the key sauce of Jajangmyeon(Black-bean-sauce noodles). Its taste is little salty and sweet like stir-fried meat with soy sauce.
And, second important sauce is olive oil.
It has savory taste.
Put it in.
Shake it many times for mixing the sauce and noodles well.
And, if you like spicy taste or it's not first time to eat Chapagetti, it's also good to add chili powder(1/2T).
It's also good to eat with an egg.
I hope you have a exotic meal:)
